✓

No contractual obligation

The internship is formative and does not create an employment relationship. How the agreement works →

Frequently asked questions for companies

Is there any cost for the company?
No, signing the internship agreement is free. The company sets the student's allowance in the annex (internships are paid) and registers the student in Social Security during the internship. The training programme is paid by the student or the company, as you agree.
How is the course paid?
In the enrolment form you can choose the payment method: card, PayPal or bank transfer. The invoice is issued in the name of whoever pays.
What documents will I receive?
The educational internship agreement and an annex with the student's details and internship conditions. Both documents are sent digitally, ready for electronic signature.
How long does the internship last?
The internship has a maximum duration of 180 days, aligned with the course period.
How quickly will the agreement be ready?
1 working day after the programme payment.
Does this create an employment obligation?
No. The internship is formative and does not create an employment or contractual relationship between the company and the student. Paid formative internships under RD-ley 2/2023, RD-ley 8/2023 Art.45 Orden PJC/51/2024, as amended by Orden PJC/281/2024, and DA LGSS.
How do I request an invoice?
Access your company panel at /empresa/login. In the «Facturas» section you can download the invoices linked to your tax ID.
Can I browse the courses and enrol from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. HTL has an MCP server for AI assistants: add it as a custom connector in your assistant with the address https://htlescueladeempresaonline.com/mcp (no sign-up or password). The assistant can then search courses, check prices and explain the internship agreement with HTL's own data, and prepare the enrolment: it gives you a link to the pre-filled form, where you review the details, accept the terms and pay. Nothing is submitted or charged without that last step.
