1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Together with similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) it lets us remember information between visits or sessions.

4. How to manage your consent
- On this site: use the Manage cookies link in the footer to change your choice at any time. Consent is automatically renewed every 12 months.
- In your browser: every browser lets you block, delete and manage cookies. See the documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
5. Consequences of declining
If you decline optional cookies, live chat will not be available and advertising conversions will not be measured — we will not know which advert brought you here. The rest of the site works normally: you can browse, enrol and use your private area without accepting any optional cookie.
6. Visitors from outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom
If you visit from a country where EU cookie law (ePrivacy + GDPR, or the UK GDPR/PECR) does not apply territorially — for example the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Russia, Latin America or the United States — this banner is not shown automatically. On these visits the Tawk.to live chat and the Google Ads advertising measurement tag (section 3.3), including the first-party htl_gclid cookie, load without a prior consent prompt. You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser (section 4). If an equivalent local regulation applies to you (for example the UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (PDPL)), you may still consult this page.
7. Consent record
When you accept, decline or withdraw consent for optional cookies, we keep a technical record (session ID, date, language, policy version, SHA-256 hash of your IP combined with a secret salt, and user agent) for 3 years from the last action, in order to demonstrate consent to the supervisory authority under GDPR Art. 7(1). We do not retain your raw IP address.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies or this policy, we bump the version number and the consent banner will reappear automatically. The current version is shown at the top of this document.
